The aroma is reminiscent of very ripe fruit, fine-tuned through the wood ageing in wood as well as careful blending. Full-bodied and rich, it has a fine balance between sweetness and structure, as well as a long, attractive finish.

 

TAWNY PORT Ferreira, Portugal £5.50 100ml

A fresh and delicate aroma, reminiscent of spices and dry fruit, acquired during oak ageing. In the mouth this shows a nice balance of structure and sweetness.

 

10 YEAR OLD TAWNY PORT Quinta DO Porto, Ferreira, Portugal £6.25 100ml

The nose is characterised by an excellent balance between the oral and ripe fruit aromas of the grapes themselves and the spicy, dry fruit aromas of long ageing in barrel.
